New members or first time users of Members Online

To login to your online ACSRF account, you will need your Client ID and temporary password, both of which will have been separately mailed to you, with relevant instructions.

When use your Client ID and password for the first time, you will immediately be prompted to choose a new password.

The following rules will apply when setting your new password:

• It must be at least 8 characters long
• It is case sensitive and must contain at least one upper and one lower case character
• It must contain at least 1 numeric and 1 alpha character
• It must contain one symbol eg %, $
• It cannot contain a sequence of 3 or more ascending or descending characters ie not ‘abc’ or ‘cba’
• Some commonly used passwords will not be accepted eg ‘password’.

Your password protects access to your account details and should never be shared. For greater security, we suggest that you change your password periodically and not use one that could be easily guessed eg the name of a family member.
